Landscape Assistant
Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Landscape Assistant to join our growing outdoor services team. In this hands-on role, you will work alongside experienced landscapers to maintain and beautify residential and commercial properties. No prior professional experience is required — we provide on-the-job training and a supportive team environment.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are looking to build a career in the landscaping and horticulture industry.
Role Responsibilities:
Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
Apply mulch, soil, and other ground cover materials
Operate and maintain landscape tools and equipment safely
Remove weeds, debris, and fallen leaves from properties
Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies
Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to project timelines
Communicate professionally with clients when on-site
Role Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation to job sites
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Basic knowledge of plants and landscaping is a plus, but not required
Valid driver's license preferred
