They appreciate good food, ingenuity, and instant gratification. It was a late-night search for munchies in 2014 that led them down a rabbit hole of wonton wrappers and leftovers—and ultimately to the creation of their very first dumpling.
Creativity is at the core of what they do, and they see the dumpling as the perfect vehicle to express that energy. Since that first impromptu kitchen experiment, they’ve come a long way. Their focus has shifted to fresher, higher-quality ingredients, and they’ve even developed their own signature dough recipe. Still, they strive to embody the same hunger-driven creativity that launched their journey.
Whether customers are ordering from one of their food trucks or sitting down in one of their stores, their goal is to provide friendly service that gets delicious food to the table quickly—without ever compromising on quality.
